POLICIES
Shipping
    Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. All order cancellations or modifications must be executed before the order has been shipped out. We cannot ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes or IP addresses. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. Multiple item orders may not arrive to you at the same time.  If a product is backordered, we will keep you updated weekly with the status of your backorder. You may request to cancel your backorder at anytime by emailing sales@boltland.com.
    Shipping Charge: (We ship via UPS Ground and Common Carriers to the 48 contiguous states only)
      1 carton:  shipping charge $18.00
2 cartons: shipping charge $30.00 ($15.00 each)
3 cartons: shipping charge $36.00 ($12.00 each)
4 cartons: shipping charge $40.00 ($10.00 each)
5 cartons or more: FREE SHIPPING (our choice of carrier)
For other states and areas, please ask for a rate quote.

We do not ship 3 Day Select, Second Day Air, Next Day Air or any other express delivery.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages
   

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package upon arrival. Damage claims to the products in the package during transport should be issued to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.  If products upon delivery are found to have physical damage, you can either:
1) Refuse the package, or
2) Ask for a Claim Number from the truck driver. Never sign the receipt without asking for a claim number. With a Claim Number available, contact our customer service department, and a replacement will be sent to you immediately. We cannot accept the Damage Claim without a claim number from the shipping carrier.
If you do not receive your order during the expected time period, please contact our shipping department and we will trace the packages for you.

 

Prices
    1) All prices are in US currency.
2) The prices advertised on this site are for Internet orders. Prices, carton quantity, and the availability of items are subject to change without notice.
3) We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.

 

Packing Quantity
    As a general practice in the fastener industry, all of our products are packed by average weight (based on 100 or more random samples for average weight) but not by physical count. A variation within 3% is considered normal and should be accepted.

 

Quality
    All of our products are made according to IFI standard and their associated standards where indicated. BOLTLAND warrants that our products are free from defect in material and workmanship. If any products are determined to be defective, they will be exchanged or replaced at BOLTLAND's discretion within 30 days from the shipping date on the original invoice.  Any damage to the products which results from mishandling, secondary operation, re-plating or product abuse will be instantly void from the warranty.  Please contact our RMA department for further information about how to return a defective product.

 

Return
    At BOLTLAND, we would like to help you resolve any purchase problem as quickly as possible. Exchanges and returns will be granted, provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below. We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make your purchase.
 
    a) General Return policies
      1) A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. No returns or exchanges of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.
2) All returns must be sent pre-paid. No C.O.D. will be accepted.
3) All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
4) Shipping charges are non-refundable. As a part of our sales promotion on low shipping rate and free shipping, in most cases we actually pay higher shipping to U.P.S. than what we charged you. In such a case, the actual shipping charge will not be refundable. You might want to ask for the actual shipping charge before filing a return.
5) No refund after 30 days from our shipping date.
6) An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
7) The returned package must be received within 14 business days of the RMA issue date.
8) When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
9) All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging with our part number legible. Modified products are not returnable.
 
    b) Discontinued Products
      At times, BOLTLAND.COM will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.
 
    c) Requesting A Product Return
      Send your request via email to returns@boltland.com. Please include your order number and/or our order confirmation number.
We will proceed with your request and send you a RMA number with return instructions.
 
    d) After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
      1) Write your RMA number legibly on the return label.
2) Follow the instructions and return the entire package to the warehouse as indicated.
 
    e) Crediting Your Account
      Credit will be issued within three business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping (or Actual Shipping Cost, whichever is higher) and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your bank account. Questions regarding this process should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item previously paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.
 
    f) Product Replacement
      When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item once BOLTLAND receives, approves and processes the returned item.

 

Coupon
    Important Restrictions:
Coupons are not transferable. Coupons may only be used once and cannot be used on subsequent orders. Void where prohibited. No cash or credit back. Coupon must be submitted at time of order.
Expired coupons are not valid. Tax and shipping are not included in calculating minimum purchase requirement. Coupons not valid on previous purchases. One coupon per purchase.
BOLTLAND reserves the right to reject orders with a coupon code that was transferred from a direct recipient or is in violation of any coupon restriction listed above.
